Born and raised in San Diego, California, I became attached to the warm weather, beach sunsets and best tacos! But as my family grew, so did our vision for what we wanted life to look like.
Our yearly trips to visit family slowly became something more- we fell in love with the slower pace, quiet country roads, open spaces, and small-town community. So we decided to sacrifice perfect weather for creating our perfect life.
It was a big change and yes, in the Winter, we were dreaming of those fond sunrays. But overtime, Indiana became home and we have never regretted it.
